Metrics - group of metrics on Datawiz BI service
There is a list of metrics of the group "Availability".
Access to viewing metrics according to the user's role is determined by the administrator. To expand access, contact your administrator.
Sales Availability, %
Note! The calculation of the sales availability will vary at the level of categories and products.
At the Category level: the metrics are calculated as the average.
At the Product level: shows the percentage of days when the product was sold to the total qty of days of the selected period.
Total row is calculated as the average value among all available sales.
Stock Availability, %
Note! The calculation of the stock availability will vary at the level of categories and products.
At the Category level: the metrics are calculated as the average.
At the Product level: shows the percentage of days when the product was on stock to the total qty of days of the selected period.
Total row is calculated as the average value among all available stock
Availability difference, %
the difference between sales availability and stock availability for the selected period.
Qty of days with sales
the qty of days during the selected period when clients bought products, i.e. sales were more than zero.
Days, when product was not sold
the qty of days during the selected period when sales qty was zero.
Qty of days with sales and 0 stocks
the qty of days during the selected period when clients bought products that were not in stocks.
Days when product was in stock
qty of days when the product was available in the store and/or in the warehouse during the selected period.
Qty of days with zero stocks
qty of days when the product was not in the store and/or storage during the selected period.
Qty of days when product was not sold but had stock
qty of days during the selected period, when clients did not buy the available products.
Qty of losing days
the number of unprofitable days during the selected period when the product was not sold.
Qty of losing days Change
the difference between qty of losing days metrics for the selected and previous periods.
Qty of losing days Change, %
the difference between qty of losing days metrics for the selected and previous periods, calculated as a percentage.
Qty of losing days when stocks are null
qty of days with losses which arose because the stocks were null.
Qty of losing sales when stocks are null Change
the difference between qty of losing sales when stocks are null metrics for the selected and previous periods.

Date when stock became 0
probable date (DD-MM-YYYY) when the products will run out and will be absent in the store and/or storage.
Days to 0 stocks
the date when the store runs out of product, with the usual intensity of sales of this product.
Date of last sale
the date when the product was last sold.
Stores Qty
number of stores where there were sales of products (categories) for the selected period.
Change of Stores Qty
the difference between the store qty for the selected period and for the previous period.
Change of Stores Qty, %
the difference between the store qty for the selected period and for the previous period, calculated as a percentage.
Stores Qty with stocks
the number of chain stores where the product was on stock for the selected period.
Stores Qty with stocks Change
the difference between the stores qty with stocks metrics for the selected and previous periods.
