Metrics - group of metrics on Datawiz BI service
There is a list of metrics of the group "Refunds".
Access to viewing metrics according to the user's role is determined by the administrator. To expand access, contact your administrator.
Refund Qty
the products qty were returned by clients for the selected period.
Refund Qty Change
the difference between the refund qty for the selected period and for the previous period.
Refund Qty % Change
the difference between the refund qty for the selected and for the previous periods, calculated as a percentage.
Refunds price
the returned money to the client for the products that were returned by him/her in the selected period.
Refund Price Change
the difference between the refund price for the selected period and for the previous period.
Refund Price % Change
the difference between the refund price for the selected and for the previous periods, calculated as a percentage.
Receipts Qty of refunds
the qty of receipts on which the products were returned by clients for the selected period.
Receipts Qty of refunds Change
the difference between the receipts qty of refunds for the selected period and for the previous period.
Receipts Qty of refunds Change, %
the difference between the receipts qty of refunds for the selected period and for the previous period, calculated as a percentage.
Refund Qty % of Sales Qty
the percentage of products qty were returned by clients from the total sales qty of these products, including returns, for the selected period.
